Privacy policy
Draft, pending counsel review · Updated August 27, 2026
Overview
This policy describes how Insyght Health collects, uses, and protects your information when you use insyghthealth.com and the Insyght membership. We keep this simple on purpose: we collect what we need to run the service, we protect it, and we do not sell it.
What we collect
- Contact details you provide, such as your name and email address, for example when you take the baseline check or become a member.
- Baseline check responses. Your answers are stored securely and are used to show your result and prepare your experience. They are never shared with advertisers.
- Membership and billing details handled through our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
- Site usage information such as pages visited and general device information, used to improve the site.
How we use it
To deliver the membership, send your results and account communications, respond to questions, and improve the product. If you join our email list, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Health information
Lab results and related health information are handled inside the member platform under safeguards appropriate for health data, and are reviewed by licensed clinicians. Health information is never used for advertising.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers needed to operate Insyght Health, such as our laboratory partner, payment processor, and email provider, each bound to use it only to provide their service. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
