Founder and director of NY Orthopedics and director of the Nicholas Institute of Sports Medicine and Athletic Trauma, the first hospital-based facility in the country dedicated to the study of sports medicine, Dr. Nicholas has served as orthopedic team physician for the New York Jets and New York Islanders. A Harvard graduate, he trained at the Hospital for Special Surgery, directs the sports medicine fellowship at Lenox Hill Hospital, and has been named one of New York's Best Doctors by New York Magazine for ten consecutive years.

Dr. Panchal completed his cardiovascular fellowship at Henry Ford Health System and advanced peripheral vascular training at Yale School of Medicine, one of only a handful of programs in the country offering that level of specialization. He serves as Chief of Medicine at HCA Florida Palms West Hospital, where he also directs the Limb Preservation Program, and he has contributed to national research trials, medical textbooks and cardiovascular conferences.

As Managing Director of Enterprise Account Management at Broadridge Financial Solutions, he has spent his career serving the largest broker dealer clients on Wall Street, where precision, compliance and client trust are the entire job.

His path is the work ethic he brings here: he started at Broadridge in 1994 as a postage meter operator and climbed for thirty years through client service, new sales and contract renewals to managing director, living by the idea that hard work creates luck. He studied at St. John’s University and is based in North Palm Beach, Florida.
